itsy Terms of Service

1. Who we are and agreement to these terms
itsybrands.com (the "Site") is operated by My Dottos, LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as itsy ("itsy," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and any purchase you make through it.
By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility and purchases by minors
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the Site and purchase products only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for the order.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. See our Privacy Policy for details.
3. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes apply to orders placed and use of the Site after the update is posted. The Terms in effect when you placed an order govern that order.
4. Products and product use
itsy bandages are flexible fabric adhesive bandages for covering minor scrapes and cuts with easy application and removal. Before use, read and follow all directions and warnings on the package, including:
• Apply to clean, dry skin. Change when wet, daily, or as needed.
• For external use only.
• For medical emergencies, get professional help immediately.
• Bandages are sterile until the individual wrapper is opened or damaged.
• Not made with natural rubber latex.
Nothing on the Site is medical advice. Content on the Site, including product descriptions, photos, and social posts, is for general information and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare provider. For any medical concern, contact a healthcare provider.
5. Product descriptions, colors, and availability
We try to describe and display our products accurately. Colors, print designs, and sizes may look different depending on your screen, and actual products may vary slightly from photos. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
6. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices and promotions may change at any time without notice, but a change will not affect an order we have already confirmed.
Payment is processed at checkout through Shopify and its third-party payment providers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.
7. Orders, acceptance, and cancellations
Your order is an offer to buy. An order confirmation email confirms we received your order; it does not mean we have accepted it. We accept your order when we ship it.
We may refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or orders that appear to be placed by resellers. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
If you want to cancel an order, email us at hello@itsybrands.com as soon as possible. We can usually cancel an order that has not yet shipped. Once an order ships, our Refund Policy applies.
8. Errors and inaccuracies
The Site may occasionally contain typographical errors or inaccuracies in pricing, descriptions, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any error and to cancel orders affected by an error, including after an order has been submitted, with a full refund for any amount charged.
9. Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes and promotions are subject to the terms stated with each offer. Unless stated otherwise, codes are limited to one per order, cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value, cannot be applied to past orders, and may be changed or ended at any time. We may cancel orders that use codes obtained or applied improperly.
10. Shipping and delivery
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., including PO boxes. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or outside the United States. Orders are typically packed and shipped within 3–5 business days (weekend and holiday orders start the next business day) and usually arrive 3–5 business days after shipping. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Title to products and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the package to the carrier. Please check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order is with the carrier we cannot reroute it, and packages returned to us as undeliverable are refunded minus the original shipping cost. If a package arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but it never arrived, email hello@itsybrands.com within 30 days of the delivery date and we will take care of it under our Refund Policy. 11. Returns and refunds
Because itsy bandages ship sterile and go on skin, opened product cannot be returned. If something is wrong with your order, email hello@itsybrands.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery:
• Damaged, defective, or wrong item: refund or replacement, your choice.
• Skin irritation: email us and tell us what happened.
• Order never arrived: let us know and we will resolve it.
If we refund part of a 2-pack or 3-pack, the refund is calculated at that bundle's per-box price, not the single-box price. A full bundle refund returns the full amount paid. We may decline requests made more than 30 days after delivery, requests we cannot match to an order, and repeated requests across multiple orders.
Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days; your bank may take longer to post them. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Purchases made through Amazon, TikTok Shop, or any other third-party marketplace are subject to that marketplace's own return and refund policies, not this section.
12. Third-party sites, marketplaces, and services
The Site may link to third-party websites and services, including Amazon, TikTok Shop, Instagram, Facebook, and payment and shipping providers. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
13. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@itsybrands.com if you believe your account has been used without permission. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
14. Intellectual property
The Site and everything on it — including the itsy name and logo, bandage print designs, packaging, photos, videos, text, and graphics — are owned by or licensed to My Dottos, LLC and protected by trademark, copyright, and other laws. You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content, designs, or trademarks without our prior written permission.
15. Reviews, comments, and submissions
If you post a review, comment, photo, or other content on the Site or send it to us ("Submissions"), you confirm that it is your own, is truthful, and does not violate anyone's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt your Submissions in connection with our business, including on the Site and in marketing.
We do not pay for reviews, and we may remove any Submission at our discretion, including content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, or off-topic. We will not edit a review to change its meaning. If you were given a free product or other benefit in exchange for a review or post, you must clearly disclose that.
16. Email and other communications
By placing an order or creating an account, you agree that we may send you electronic communications about your orders and account, and that these satisfy any requirement that communications be in writing. We send marketing emails only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
17. Prohibited uses
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; buy products for resale without our written permission; interfere with the Site's security or operation; use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the Site; upload viruses or harmful code; impersonate any person; or harass, abuse, or harm others. We may refuse service or restrict access to anyone who violates these Terms.
18. Disclaimer of warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS OR ON PRODUCT PACKAGING, AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," AND WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
19. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY DOTTOS, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS, THE SITE, OR ANY PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Dottos, LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your Submissions.
21. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern, please contact us first at hello@itsybrands.com so we can try to resolve it informally; we will try to respond within 30 days.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, it will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
California residents: under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, you may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.
22. General terms and contact
These Terms, together with the policies referenced in Section 1, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and your purchases. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
