Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order through October 31, 2026. No minimum, no threshold, no math at checkout.

After that, free shipping starts at $20 — which both the 2-pack and the 3-pack clear.

how long it takes

Orders are packed and out the door in 3–5 business days, and usually land 3–5 business days after that. So plan on somewhere between one and two weeks door to door.

We know that's not same-day. We're a small operation packing boxes ourselves, and we'd rather tell you the real number up front than promise two days and miss it.

when it ships

Orders placed on weekends or holidays start their clock the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking number when it ships. If tracking hasn't moved in a few days, that's usually the carrier and not your package — but email us and we'll look into it.

where we ship

The 50 United States and Washington, D.C., including PO boxes.

where we don't ship yet

We're not shipping to Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, or Palau. We also can't ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses right now. Not forever — just not yet.

No international shipping at the moment either.

wrong address

Double-check your address at checkout. If something's off, email hello@itsybrands.com right away — if the order hasn't shipped we can usually fix it. Once it's with the carrier we can't reroute it. Packages that come back to us as undeliverable get refunded, minus what we paid to ship them out.

lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives beat up, or tracking says delivered and it isn't there, email us within 30 days of the delivery date and we'll take care of it. Our refund policy covers how that works.
